Greetings from Daughters of Mary, Pongummood, trivandrum!

Hope you are doing well by the grace of Lord. Here we all are okey by the grace of Lord. Every now and then it is raining and so at times there are floods in many places.

Now one good news. Our School building at Athirumkal is almost finished and is to be blessed on 3rd of October. Blessing is to be done by His Excellency Mar Ignathios, Auxiliary Bishop of Trivandrum Major Archiepiscopate. Few days back only we could fix everything for the blessing ceremoney and inauguration, as the work was dragging for lack of funds. A good amount is left to be paid to the contractor.

We would be very glad if you too could be present for the function. Rev.Fr.Chediath will be giving a message for the function.

Thanking you once more for all the support you have given us let me wind up for the time being.

Ho visto Cetti a casa sua a Caltanisetta dopo averla conosciuta a Pechino. Il loro nido, con Maurizio e Salvatore è molto caldo e accogliente. Un quadro di Goghen in Polinesia mi ha fatto subito sentire a mio agio, vecchio marinaio!
Il colore rosso porpora della camera da letto come la facciata della cattedrale di Caltanisetta, energia pura, ne hanno molto bisogno. Intorno a loro ci sono molti amici che li aiutano.
Patrizia l’ha manipolata cinque ore, ok. È migliorata molto da quando l’ho conosciuta in oriente.
Nicola, “La luna nel pozzo” Sporting Club Caltanisetta una persona straordinaria. Ci ha ospitati con molte premure e gentilezze. Melograni e olive i suoi doni, grande.
Tanino, Michele e Paolo nella loro splendida casa in campagna con boschi di corbezzoli, palme e buganville, veri amici fraterni. Laura era a Bologna per lavoro.
Auguri Cetti, Adriano I e II. P.S.: Adriano II è a Bari. Ci siamo conosciuti in Cina, è nato l’ 8 luglio come me… Cose incredibili!

Lampedusa, la barca dei disperati é stata trainata in porto, sta affondando.Il barcone viene portato via con un camion bilico nella campagna all'interno dell'isola.

I profughi, dopo la sosta al centro di accoglienza partono con la nave per la Sicilia.

Dear Suor Grace and Suor Matilda, we spend 8 days on an island near Africa, the name is Lampedusa. In that place came by boot all the poor people from Libia, Eritrea, Somalia, Palestina, Nigeria, Marocco, Tunisia. Most of them are muslims. In the ramadam time this people are very angry and nervous. We came back in the same boot and after 8 hours we understand in between this 70 people they are about 6-7 people Christians. 1 girl very young, she was near the window with the book, the Holy Bible writed half in inglish and half in arabic. Adriano watch in the eys and say yes, we understand you are christian. Patrizia talked with the police man and the girl was aloud to come outside. The name is Sara from Eritrea catolic ortodox. 1 month true the desert from Sudan to Libia, after with the boot in Italy.
We give to the girl our address, maiby we have a opportunity to look after this girl. She want become doctor-dentist. Please prey for Sara and all her friends.
Today I have a meeting in the school for the work between italian students and the students from your school. They will be work for about 3-4 days full time for India, culture, politics, religions, music, .... When the school in finish, we make a Market and sale our products and the money will be send in India.
